Susan Potter brings over 20 years of expertise in the insurance industry to her role as the National ACA Director at Advocate Health Advisors. With a deep focus on Medicare and ACA markets, she spent 17 successful years in Medicare, including 15 years as a State Director with Humana, where she worked closely with Advocate Health Advisors as a trusted partner. Susan is recognized for her strategic leadership and her dedication to supporting agents as they expand their capabilities in the ACA Marketplace.

Based in Muscle Shoals, Alabama, Susan is an alumna of the University of North Alabama. Known for her commitment to agent mentorship and client satisfaction, she is passionate about equipping agents with the resources and insights they need to succeed in providing affordable health coverage to individuals and families.
