Kris Fields joined Advocate Health Advisors in October 2021 as Tennessee Regional Manager. Fields, who is based in Knoxville, has worked in the insurance industry for over 20 years. He was a division manager at Physicians Mutual Insurance Co. At Physicians Mutual Ins. Co., Fields led a Tennessee sales team to multiple record-breaking production years. Fields also led the nation as top annuity producer, in new agent production, and in post-65 production for multiple years.

Fields volunteers at multiple senior citizen centers and at his church for several events. He is a martial arts fan and has trained in Gracie Jiu-Jitsu for 15 years. Fields is married to his wife, Debbie, and they have four children and four grandchildren.
